LOD 400 construction-ready models with full coordination, installation details, and fabrication geometry. As-built model updates reflecting site-verified conditions for accurate record documentation and FM handover.

We review your BEP, EIR, and project information requirements to align our modelling approach with your standards, naming conventions, and deliverable schedule from the outset.

Model Development by Discipline
Our discipline leads develop models in parallel — architectural, structural, and MEP — using shared grids, levels, and reference files to maintain spatial alignment throughout.

Internal QA/QC Review
Every model undergoes an internal quality review before being shared — checking geometry integrity, parameter completeness, naming compliance, and adherence to the project BIM standards.

Federated Model & Clash Detection
Discipline models are federated and run through clash detection — with hard, soft, and workflow clashes identified, prioritised, and reported for resolution by the relevant discipline owner.

Coordination Meeting Support
We actively support clash coordination meetings — presenting findings, facilitating discipline discussions, and tracking resolution progress to ensure the model stays clean and on programme.

Model Issue & Handover
Approved models are issued through your CDE in the correct container status — with all required deliverables, schedules, and model-based outputs extracted and packaged for handover.
